Number of servings: 9

2 pounds ground chicken

2 tablespoon pure maple syrup

2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground pepper

Breakfast Chicken Sausage

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with the ground chicken. Mix well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Shape into sausage patties (about 3 inches). Use some oil on your hands to make the shape of the patties.

Air Fryer Setting: 370 degree, 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
